We can send to almost every country on earth and have free shipping to our main destinations.
We Don’t Ship To: China, South Sudan, Yemen and Syria.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

When you order from Kladproraba.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.

Processing: You can check the status in your order status page.

Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages, as well as the website where you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your order status page.

Why Is My Country Not Covered By Free Shipping?

Shipping for each country differs. We strive for shipping to be at its cheapest, however we also value safe and reliable delivery. Although you may have to pay a small amount for delivery, you can rely on the shipment being delivered. As we are continuously reviewing logistics, you may find your country has free shipping in the near future.

How Do I Place an Order?

When you find an item you would like to purchase please select:

1. The warehouse you want the item dispatched from
2. Unique Product Criteria
3. Color
4. Quantity
5. Then click “Add to Cart” If you want to purchase more products, click “Continue shopping” and repeat the same process. If you only wish to buy a specific item, just click “Buy It now” to go straight to the checkout.

When you are on the shopping cart page you can;

1. Choose the destination Country
2. Finalize the order items and quantities
3. Choose your Shipping method
4. Click “Checkout” to enter payment menu.

When you are in the checkout paymet window you have these options;

5. Shipping address- Select a saved address or add an new shipping address
6. Enter any coupon, voucher, or gift card code you may have & click “Apply”
7. Choose your payment method in fill any required information.
8. Click “Checkout With” and fill in the required information and your order will be processed.

NOTE: If you have a saved address and cannot see it, make sure you are logged into your account. If you are logged in; if you add an address it will be saved to your account. If you are not logged in it will not be stored by us.
